We invite you to talk to us about projects that you are planning. Typically, we do not charge for initial discussions. You might want to talk over your initial ideas, assess the feasibility of a project, or evaluate an existing structure or property. We will work with you to develop or clarify a project and define a clear scope of services for further work. We often work with clients on a time and expense basis through the preliminary design phase of a project prior to signing a contract for complete services. This allows the client and our firm to develop a strong working relationship while we refine an agreement for providing services for the entire project. Our fees are based on a fixed fee, hourly rate, percentage of construction or other mutually agreeable arrangement.
