Champlain Valley Cohousing asked us to work with them and Kraus-Fitch Architects in designing their 24 family cohousing project in Charlotte. We have worked with them, the Planning Commission, and state and federal regulatory officials to design a model community oriented around a village green & a pedestrian street while protecting farmland & wildlife habitat.
