The town of Stannard,
VT received a grant to
develop plans for renovating their existing town hall and for adding on new
space for the town clerk. We worked
with townspeople to provide a solution to their town meeting, community
space, and town clerk needs for the near and long term future. We were able
to provide plans for an efficient, durable and accessible building while
preserving the historic character and details of the Town Hall. Our work complied with historic, federal,
state, and local funding and permitting requirements.
