Duncan and Megs Keir bought a
deteriorated building in Huntington
village to allow the Postal Service to avoid moving out of the village
center. We worked with the Keir's to rehabilitate and renovate an historic building
for private offices and to build an addition at the rear to provide efficient
new space for the Postal Service. Our work accommodated Postal Service,
Community Block Grant, Historic Preservation, and Accessibility requirements.
We significantly improved the existing structure while retaining its historic
character.
